FAQs

"Labelsforwine – OK, it's a great system, but what is it going to cost?"
Basically, you only pay for the artwork you create using the system. This is charged at a flat rate of $200 per submission and delivers a print-ready file to the printer of your choice.

"What about all the templates we’ll need to get our brands set up on the system – won’t that be expensive?"
No. We create templates for all of your existing labels and get you up and running on the system completely free of charge. The only costs will be for new label templates added to the system subsequently. These are charged at a flat rate of $550 per template, and you can use each template as many times as you like, for as long as you like.

"Is there a monthly fee?"
Normally no. In some circumstances where the scale of the Labelsforwine system being implemented demands additional administration and support there is a monthly charge, but this is rare.

"Will we need training?"
Probably not. We have worked really hard over the last 8 years to make Labelsforwine an incredibly easy system to use. In most cases if training is required this can be done via email or telephone. There is no charge for this service. On-site training (charged by the hour) is of course available upon request.

"What about support"
A 24hr support line is provided free of charge to all Labelsforwine users.

"Sounds good. So how do we get started?"
You need to supply us with the original artwork files for your labels (open InDesign or eps files ideally) so that we can start building your templates. We then liaise with your team to establish exactly which parts of each template needs to be variable, and once built into the system send you a link so you can test and approve them online. Once approved, you are ready to start using the system to produce your label artwork.
